Not exactly an outfit for church! Katrina Bowden sports skimpy cheerleader costume as she reveals she went to Catholic school

She certainly possess the holy trinity: model beauty, a blossoming career and all-American girl glow.
But Katrina Bowden's skimpy cheerleader outfit isn't quite so virtuous considering her background.
The 30 Rock actress posed in a barely-there ensemble for her FHM cover shoot, shrugging off her strict and religious schooling in which she attended an all-girls Catholic school.



The blonde actress revealed: 'I went to an all-girls Catholic school, and I was somewhere in between. I definitely wasn’t an outcast, but I wasn’t the super popular cheerleader either.'



Katrina, who stars alongside Jason Biggs and Tara Reid in the upcoming American Reunion, said she was ecstatic to be cast in the 'iconic' franchise and take part in the fourth film of the series.


She said: 'I watched all of those films. Those characters are definitely an iconic group, so it’s cool to see them all together again, and to be a part of that.'
In the shoot, Katrina is seen flaunting her taut stomach in a pair of teeny weeny scarlet knickers, along with an athletics top cut away just below the bust line to reveal an expanse of sunkissed torso.



As she flirts through the lens, the former model punches the air with a giant foam Gladiators finger.


In another snap, Katrina is seen in a purple bra striking a cheerleader pose with pom-poms as she balances on one leg in a black and white tennis skirt and grey knee-high school socks.
It's clear to see that Katrina's looks had helped her to be noticed in an image-obsessed industry.
The New Jersey native even guest-starred on popular Zooey Deschanel series The New Girl last night on US channel Fox.
Sadly for male admirers though, Katrina is taken.
The 23-year-old became engaged to her boyfriend of two years, musician Ben Jorgensen, in January of this year.
Last night, he showed his support tweeting: 'At 9PM I'm hijacking the @TheBamboozle twitter for an hour to answer questions + I'll simultaneously be watching @katrinakbowden on NEW GIRL.'
Ben will reunite with his former band Armor For Sleep to play The Bamboozle festival in May.
