Taylor Swift dons cut out creation, Miranda Lambert glitters in gold while Carrie Underwood adds some sex appeal with a thigh high split at Academy of Country Music Awards

The Academy of Country Music Awards tonight saw the biggest names in the genre step out in force at the Las Vegas event.
Taylor Swift stole the show in a stunning white gown by J Mendel with gold detailing and cut-out sides.
She teamed the sophisticated frock with smoky eye make-up and styled her dark blonde hair in soft waves.

Miranda Lambert supported her husband Blake Shelton, who is co-hosting the event alongside Reba McEntire, and posed on his arm on the red carpet.
She donned a show-stopping golden gown that clung to her curvaceous figure.

One side of the chiffon frock had a train while the other half offered some sex appeal thanks to its thigh high split.
Most of the female music stars arriving on the red carpet opted for elegant floor-skimming dresses.

Lovebirds: Eddie Cibrian clearly enjoyed his wife's outfit and couldn't keep his hands off LeAnn
Showing her support: Nicole Kidman was there for her husband Keith Urban, and the pair both wore black to the bash
The red and white patterned minidress allowed the singer to bare her legs and LeAnn further accentuated her endless frame with a pair of sky high sandals.
Eddie Cibrian seemed to adore his wife’s attire as he cuddled up to and kissed her upon their arrival.

A black version of the unusual dress had been worn by Brooklyn Decker at a photo call in London earlier this week.It wasn’t just country music stars who were showing their support at this evening’s awards.
Nicole Kidman arrived with her husband Keith Urban and was dressed in a black shift dress with sheer detailing and a cute collar.
Making an entrance: KISS rocked up on the top of a monster truck which certainly drew attention from the crowd

The red carpet was rocked by the arrival of KISS, who turned up in full make-up and armour atop a red monster truck.
And Marc Anthony arrived with his latest lady love Shannon De Lima, who brought some sunshine to the evening in a cheerful yellow frock.

His funeral was scheduled Sunday in Nashville.
Meanwhile Taylor Swift will hope to continue her reign as Entertainer of the Year after winning the award last year.
