She was seen heading to a pilates class in an entirely unsuitable outfit on Friday as she stepped out in a tight black mini-dress.
And it seems Miley Cyrus took the impractical workout wear a step further as she then wore the short and sexy frock to ride her bicycle.
The 19-year-old could only use one hand to steer the bike as she used the other to protect her modesty as she cycled in the tiny number.

The star took the ride on a sunny Los Angeles day with a friend.
And fortunately her sunglasses and navy Converse trainers were more appropriately suited for the physical excursion.

Protecting her modesty: Miley was forced to steer with one hand as she used the other to keep from revealing too much
However the sexy LBD was suited more for a night out than a sweaty pilates studio followed by a cycling trip.
Her dress showed off a bit of the lacy black bra she wore underneath her bizarre workout ensemble.

Perhaps she had some gym gear stuffed into the small Navajo-printed bag she had slung over her shoulder. With an iPhone in one hand and a Smart Water in the other, the starlet was seen skipping across the street after leaving her exercise class.
Then the Hannah Montana star laughed before ominously warning the paparazzi to 'stay away from' her white Mercedes Benz sports car as she left Melrose at Pilates.

The Last Song star has been extremely health conscious in the past month, often tweeting about her five-mile runs, going uphill in Skecher's Shape-ups, drinking spinach carrot OJ smoothies, and eating Good Habit's gluten-free homemade granola.She has been working out like a maniac and as the pounds continue to melt off her already slim frame she clearly wants to flaunt the results.
The fit actress has been taking on darker roles lately. In LOL, she stars as Demi Moore's rebellious 17-year-old daughter Lola who explores her sexuality and experiments with drugs.

The movie, which also stars Twilight's Ashley Greene, is a remake of the 2008 French film of the same name and will be released in June.
‘It’s pretty gnarly. It is about a daughter who is involved with all the wrong kids, doing drugs, failing school, but the mother has her on this perfect pedestal. I just fell in love with the story,' Miley told Reuters.
Miley also stars alongside Jeremy Piven and Kelly Osbourne in So Undercover, a film in which a tough, street-smart private eye is hired by the FBI to go undercover in a college sorority. That film comes out July 27.

She has been working out like a maniac and the pounds continue to melt off her already slim frame.
And Miley Cyrus showed off the results of her extreme workouts again today, as she left, you guessed it, a Pilates class
The 19-year-old paraded her extremely toned abs in a tiny workout top, which she paired with some black leggings and flip flops.

Lately Miley has regularly displayed her trim tummy, flaunting her muscular middle in an array of crop tops and bralets.
She even wore the flirty attire to The Hunger Games premiere, for which she accompanied her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth on the red-carpet.

Muscular middle: There was not an inch to pinch on the former Disney star as she strutted along the pavement in the belly baring attire to her waiting Mercedes Benz car
But even though they're not headed down the aisle just yet, the couple were looking very loved up as they took her dog for a walk yesterday.
The former Disney star and the Australian actor held hands as they soaked up the Los Angeles sunshine.

Liam nearly matched his 19-year-old girlfriend in a baggy grey sweatshirt, black shorts and a grey T-shirt.
She held the pink leash of her cute Alaskan Klee Klai Floyd with her free hand.
Liam, 22, was taking a breather after promoting latest movie The Hunger Games which has proved a smash hit at the worldwide box office.
He plays Gale, a love interest for lead character Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in the movie, and is likely to appear in the sequel Catching Fire which is slated to begin filming later this year.

'It started when Miley tried to give Jen advice about handling fame,' a source told the UK's Now magazine.
'It was a bit of an insult as Jen's been working since she was 15 - and has already been nominated for an Oscar for Winter's Bone.
So Miley got the shock of her life when Jen told her to mind her own business.'
Late last month, the former Hannah Montana star had to deny she was engaged to Liam, after being spotted wearing what appeared to be a large diamond ring on her engagement finger.

Never one to shy away from a revealing outfit, Miley Cyrus donned a pair of tiny white hot pants as she prepared to board a flight out of Los Angeles.
Dressed in a orange T-shirt, boots and her short shorts, the teenage singer was snapped yesterday walking around the tarmac as a worker performed a safety check on the private jet Miley planned to take.
Before taking off, the 19-year-old sparked engagement rumours by posting a picture on-line of a huge sparkler on her ring finger.

Miley tweeted a picture of what appears to be a large, diamond engagement ring on her newly manicured hand, with a message promoting a brand of nail polish.
The photo sparked speculation about whether or not she and Australian actor, Liam Hemsworth, are engaged.
If Cyrus and The Hunger Games star Liam do plan to get hitched, it might not come as a surprise.

In a recent interview with OK Magazine, a source said: 'They're still keeping it a big secret, but they're seriously talking marriage. Liam is crazy about her! Miley wants the whole nine yards as far as a big wedding goes.'
The See You Again singer met Hemsworth on the set of their 2010 film, The Last Song, and the pair have been dating ever since.
As the Los Angeles première of The Hunger Games, Miley gushed about her 22-year-old beau and his impending success as she chatted to E! Online on the red carpet.

When asked what the biggest challenge for Liam was while filming the drama movie, Miley said: ‘I think the hardest part for Liam was being away from me.’

It has already been hailed as the next Twilight, and the release of The Hunger Games is set to see its leading lady Jennifer Lawrence become a household name.
The rising star certainly seemed ready for the challenge and stole the spotlight when she showed up at the premiere of the movie in Los Angeles.
The 21-year-old turned heads as she walked the red carpet in a shimmering metallic gold gown by Prabal Gurung, with cut-out sides and a train.

But the actress admitted as she was interviewed by Yahoo Movies that she had to think twice about taking on the starring role of Katniss, as she knew it would mean sacrificing her private life.She said: ‘I’m glad I took the role but I was absolutely right about the privacy. It infuriates me but I’ve got to realise this is my new life.’
She added that people have started to suck up to her as she said: ‘That’s always the nice thing, that all the people who used to ignore me are now kissing my a**.’

Meanwhile Miley Cyrus took on a supporting role as she showed up to support her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, who plays one of the male leads in the movie.
She displayed her figure in a black beaded bralet and matching maxiskirt, topped off with sky high shoes.
The 19-year-old actress and singer sweetly said: ‘They’re my highest ones, they’re my Liam shoes.’

She was clearly thrilled for her beau’s success as she said: ‘I think it’s just so amazing to have all these fans out here and see how excited they are for him and how excited I am for him.’
She added that she had given him some advice about the fame game as she said: ‘I’m really excited. I think just to always remember who was there for you before any of this mattered, I think that is really important.’
All of the stars of the drama film, which is an adaptation of the Suzanne Collins novel of the same name, were out in force and Josh Hutcherson, who plays a male lead alongside Liam, spoke animatedly of his excitement.

He said: ‘I literally wanted this more than anything I’ve wanted in my whole life. The books mean the world to me.’
Of learning he had landed the role, he said: ‘I was speechless. Words literally wouldn’t come out.’
Meanwhile Elizabeth Banks wore a plastic asymmetric orange minidress and said: ‘I was inspired by Effie Trinket, the character I play in the movie.’

While the various cast members gushed about their delight to be at the opening of their movie, with Alexander Ludwig saying, ‘It’s definitely the coolest experience I’ve had in my entire life,’ veteran actor Donald Sutherland was more concerned about praising Jennifer’s efforts.
He said: ‘I think it’s absolutely fantastic. It’s brilliant. Jennifer is breath-taking. She’s as good an actor as anyone.’
Reality stars Kendall and Kylie Jenner were also on the red carpet and Kylie said of the suggestion they should have their own spin-off show: ‘I feel like we definitely should have one. We haven’t really talked to anyone about it.’

After the comparisons to Twilight, Jennifer Lawrence says she sent an email to Kristin Stewart because she had read false comments that she had apparently made about the movie star.
And Kristin quickly got back to say there were no hard feelings.
She told Access Hollywood: 'She wrote me back, and she was like, "It’s fine. Welcome to the world where everything you say gets turned into [something it’s not]". So, she understood.'
The Hunger Games is set in a future where teenagers are selected to fight to the death on live television, and will be released worldwide on March 23.
