Catching Fire: Jennifer Lawrence gets into character as she arrives for The Hunger Games Berlin premiere in flame hot dress

As fans of the book know, The Hunger Games heroine Katniss Everdeen faces her audience in an eye-catching fire dress that has been specially designed for the occasion.
And it would appear that Jennifer Lawrence likes her character so much that she decided to channel the fearless archer for the latest premiere of the eagerly-awaited film.
The 21-year-old ditched the gold and the black that she had worn for previous premiere and arrived for the Berlin one in a striking red lace dress that gave the impression that flames were licking her body.

Spine-tingling: Jennifer showed off the intricate lace detail on the back of the dress as she chatted to reporters on the red carpet
She teamed the frock, which was cut just above her knee, in towering red peep toed heels and a gold clutch bag, her blonde hair piled up on her head.
And flame hot seemed to be the colour of choice for the leading ladies last night.

Jennifer was joined by co-star Elizabeth Banks, who plays Hunger Games escort Effie Trinket, who showed off her slender frame in a slinky sequined red dress that fell right to the floor.
Also attending the screening was Liam Hemsworth, who plays Katniss's boyfriend from home Gale Hawthorn and Josh Hutcherson, who stars as her Hunger Games partner Peeta Mellark.

Jennifer has certainly dressed to impressed for each premiere and Thursday night was no exception as she arrived for the opening of the film in Paris she impressed yet again in a slinky black number that had very little going on at the back.
Jennifer looked great in the chic number, perfect for an appearance in fashion capital Paris.
As she made her way down the red carpet she stopped to pose for photographers - from the front her dress appeared rather understated with a gold zip above her left hip.

However, when she turned around onlookers realised that the zip was connected with the entire rear of the dress, and it had been purposely left open for effect.
Jennifer accessorised the dress with a pair of gold heels, continuing her penchant for the colour, having worn two different gold dresses at the previous two premieres of The Hunger Games in London and Los Angeles.
On Monday, at the world premiere, she wore Prabal Gurung with the sides cutout.
