The X-rated factor! Tulisa sends in her lawyers after 'sex tape' hits the internet

A sex tape that allegedly stars Tulisa Contostavlos has been leaked on the internet, heaping embarrassment on the pop singer.
The seven-minute long video shows a blonde haired woman that resembles the N-Dubz singer in her days before her X Factor make-over.
The 23-year-old has not denied the tape stars her, with her rep Simon Jones, telling the Mail Online: 'Tulisa has asked us not to comment on speculation about her personal life.'

Within a minutes of social networking sites commentating on the woman in the video, the website that uploaded the video, pappzd.com, removed it.
They said on Twitter: 'So ummm….. Tulisa’s lawyers just left our office after serving us a handwritten cease and desist notice.'
They added: 'So basically we’ve had to take the video down.'
The woman can be seen performing a sex act on a man who appears to be filming the incident.
Several times during the video, the young blonde looks up and smiles seductively at the camera.

The man in the video reportedly goes by the name MC Ultra and he once recorded a song with Tulisa called Work It Out, as well as dated her.
According to reports, the X Factor judge was approached by an unidentified man last year, who wanted to sell the tape for £500,000.
A spokesperson for the star said at the time: 'This tape is 100 per cent fake and is just someone trying to cash in on her X Factor role.
'She is horrified that someone would go to the extreme lengths of fabricating a video. It is absolutely not her. Tulisa has categorically never allowed anyone to film her having sex.'
The video, which has since been removed, adds further embarrassment to Tulisa who openly told her Twitter followers about how she was left red faced at the airport.

Last month, a sex toy started vibrating in her bag at the airport check-in on her way home to London from Miami.
Despite being left red-faced, the 23-year-old decided to tell her 1.6 million Twitter followers about the incident.
She said: 'Most cringe moment of my life..checkin in 'Mam..ur suitcase is vibrating..can u open ur case n turn what eva that is off'..just kill me.'

She then revealed there was a Rampant Rabbit inside her suitcase.
'It was so embarrassing when it went off buzzing in my bag,' she told The Sun.
And she insisted: 'I only bought it as a present for a mate, but the joke ended up on me.'
Also while she was in the States, Tulisa decided to pay a visit to a sex shop called Hustler.
A shop assistant was seen holding up a sex device as Tulisa and her PA giggled like school children.
